 The OZONE GENERATOR BMT 802 is small air-cooled plate ozone generator for pure oxygen as the feed gas.The diclectric is plain. The discharge électrodes are tungsten.

The enclosure of the instrument is an aluminum extrusion profile which acts as a large heat sink. Additionally an AC blower is installer externally. This configuration avoids any contamination of the high voltage sections of the ozone generator by ambient dust or dirt.

Dimensions of the generator are 31 x 17 x 1 1 cm (without the blower), exactly like a shoe box. The weight is approx. 4 kg. Input voltage is 230 VAC (1 15 VAC on request). Maximal power consomption is about 70 W, including 15 \V for the blower. The operating pressure must not exceed 1.5 bar gage. At 0.5 bar gage (1.5 bars abs), and 1 00 g/Nm', and 200C arnbient air température, the ozone production is typically 4 g/h. Maximally obtainable ozone concentration exceeds 250 g/Nml3.

Power setting is with a potentiometer mounted on the front panel (remote controi via a remote potentiometer, or via a DC voltage on request). Controi range is approx. 1:6.

The ozone production decreases with increasing ambient air température, the more the more higher the ozone concentration is.

The ozone generator has to be installed together with an externat pressure regulator in front of the oxygen inlet, and a throttie valve at the ozone gas outlet.
